We cater to both individual job seekers (“Candidates”) and organisations seeking recruitment/consultancy services (“Clients”).
2. Eligibility

4. Fees and Payment Terms
Clients may be charged fees for recruitment or consultancy services as outlined in individual agreements or proposals. Payment terms include:
- Standard consultancy/recruitment fees payable as agreed in writing.
- Invoicing cycles (typically 7–30 days, depending on agreement).
- Late payments may incur interest or administrative charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
No fees are charged to candidates for job placement services.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Clients: If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide written notice in accordance with the terms set out in the service agreement. Refunds (if any) will be subject to those terms and the extent of services already delivered.
- Candidates: You may withdraw your application at any stage. There are no penalties for doing so, but we request prompt communication.
We do not offer refunds for completed consultancy work or successful placements.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or personal information disclosed during the course of engagement unless required by law. This includes:
- Client company data
- Candidate CVs and personal details
- Consultancy findings or strategic advice
7. Limitation of Liability
Centurion Staunch Innovative Solutions is not liable for:
- The outcome of any recruitment process or employment relationship.
- Losses incurred by Clients or Candidates due to misrepresentation or inaccuracy of third-party information.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our services but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and documents, is the property of Centurion Staunch Innovative Solutions or its licensors and is protected under UK intellectual property law.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
